The 45th Parallel
Our hemp is grown near beautiful Bend, Oregon on the 45th parallel halfway between the North Pole and the Equator. This location has been confirmed by OSU Global Hemp Innovation Center to be an ideal climate for growing this amazing plant. This is thanks in part to its rich volcanic soil which ensures dense trichomes full flower that is virtually indistinguishable from high end medical cannabis varieties!
Hand Harvested
While most CBD is machine harvested with the entire plant being mulched into biomass, killing a lot of the volatile compounds, we gently hand-harvest and trim just the flower, keeping the trichomes intact and ensuring the plant remains undisturbed throughout this vital period. While this process takes a lot effort, you'll feel the difference.
Preserving quality and potency
Flash Frozen
The pivotal step - after hand harvest, we freeze our flower at -200° within 2 hours of harvest. This preserves the trichomes and gives our finished oil 20x + the beneficial compounds of almost all other CBD products on the market.
MAXIMIZING COMPOUNDS
Frozen Extraction
Our plants are stored and extracted frozen, so when the hemp is taken out of storage it's like you just pulled the crop from the field. Our -80° cold extraction method was created for removing all those preserved trichomes off a flower without any post processing needed!
